Yes, we can assist you in understanding what you are entitled to under your home care package. We’ll guide you through the often confusing process of applying and receiving care, completely free from obligation. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions.

What is the 'No Stranger' policy?

Our ‘No Stranger’ policy ensures that whenever an external service provider is needed, your Live Easy Buddy will accompany them for the first introduction. This policy is designed to make you feel comfortable and secure with anyone entering your home.
